What Is It?
An enchanted encounter with Wirral’s only reindeer herd is sure to make this Christmas a magical and memorable one for you and your loved ones!
Embrace all things christmassy with a tractor ride through our festive lights to our brand new Reindeer Lodge, where you can get closer than ever before to our gorgeous family of reindeer.
The relaxing and enchanting surroundings make for a magical experience when meeting Primo, our handsome male, and four of our 24-month old reindeer in this personal and private encounter. It is here, where you’ll get lost in the history of these remarkable animals, learn about their life in the snow and listen to the sound of their hooves click.
Take advantage of this time to ask any questions and snap those all-important photos, before you continue to where campfires, hot drinks and smores await! Enjoy toasting marshmallows and indulging in festive fancies with your loved ones, before heading home with a truly magical memory to cherish this Christmas.

What's Included?
Your encounter will last approximately 40 minutes and include:

A tractor ride up to our reindeer lodge

A brief introduction and safety briefing about our reindeer
-
A 15 minute reindeer encounter
-
A smore kit including digestives, sticks and marshmallows to toast
-
15 minutes access to the campfire area
There will also be a chalet where you can purchase hot drinks and additional treats.

What's Not Included?
It won't be possible to use the farm park attractions or feed / stroke the farm animals.
You will be able to view a number of the farm animals on your route around the farm though.
​
Enchanted Encounters do not include a visit to Santa or a present- do see our Santa Experience for this.
Enchanted Encounters is a part of the Santa Experience ride but without Santa and his friends. If you've already booked for The Santa Experience we don't recommend booking this event too as you'll be duplicating some of the experience.

Rides times are available every 20 minutes from 5.00pm - 7.00pm while tickets remain.
Please note that all ticket sales are final and cannot be cancelled or changed once booked. Do make sure you've got the correct date and time when booking. Thank you.

Do I Need To Book?
Yes, all tickets must be pre-booked. This event is extremely popular and most dates will sell-out.

Additional Information
Please be aware when booking your experience that our animal’s health and welfare is our primary concern, therefore, in addition to sanitising your hands, you will be required to walk through a foot bath before entering our Reindeer Lodge. With this in mind, appropriate closed toe footwear is required.
The encounter is available for all ages. All children up to, and including, the age of 16 years must accompanied by an adult who has also purchased a ticket. Unaccompanied 16s and under will not be permitted to take part.
