Here's what to do...

1. Download the PDF using the link provided to the right...

2. Complete the farm then save it making sure you use your name as the file name.

3. Open the PDF you've saved to make sure your info is contained in there (rather than a blank document!)

4. Email the form back to us as an attachment to jobs@churchfarmevents.co.uk

5. We'll be in touch to schedule an interview time with you if you're selected for the next stage.
