Church Farm Parties

Church Farm could be the ideal location for your next party. You’ll have lots of fun, there’s plenty to see and do here. Stroke a rabbit, beat your friend at go-kart racing, ride around on the tractor, feed an alpaca… Your day’s sure to be a memorable one.

What's Included?​

  • An exclusive guided tractor ride around the farm (20 mins)

  • Exclusive use of the indoor party room for the duration of your visit

  • Access to the farm park for the whole day (10am - 5pm)

  • Tea and coffee making facilities within the party room

  • Tables and chairs within the party room

​

Food and drink isn't included in the price and must be supplied yourself.

How much is it?

​

A party for up to 20 children and 10 adults is £225 inc VAT

 

Additional adults are priced at £6.00 each.

Additional children are priced at £6.00 each.

There is a maximum total number of 40 people per party.

​

A £50 deposit is required to book which is taken off your total party price on the day. 

​

Time Slots

​

There are 3 available time slots to book each day. Each slot is 2.5 hours long including 30 mins setup before your guests arrive and 30 mins clear-up after your guests depart. The itinerary for each slot is as follows-

The Morning Slot 10:00 - 11:30

​

  9:30 --- You can arrive to setup the party room

10:00 --- Your guests arrive and the party starts

10:10 --- The tractor ride for your party starts

10:30 --- You are free to enjoy the farm park attractions

11:30 --- The party finishes and clear up starts

12:00 --- The party room must be vacated by this time but you can continue to use the farm park attractions and activities until 5pm.

The Midday Slot 12:30 - 14:00

​

12:00 --- You can arrive to setup the party room

12:30 --- Your guests arrive and the party starts

12:40 --- The tractor ride for your party starts

13:00 --- You are free to enjoy the farm park attractions

14:00 --- The party finishes and clear up starts

14:30 --- The party room must be vacated by this time but you can continue to use the farm park attractions and activities until 5pm.

 

The Afternoon Slot 15:00 - 16:30

14:30 --- You can arrive to setup the party room

15:00 --- Your guests arrive and the party starts

15:10 --- The tractor ride for your party starts

15:30 --- You are free to enjoy the farm park attractions

16:30 --- The party finishes and clear up starts

17:00 --- The party room and farm park must be vacated by this time as the park closes at 5pm.

How do we book?​

​To check availability for any particular date or time slot then please click on the booking link below. You'll then be taken to our booking site where you can see what's available.  You can then pay your £50 deposit to book your party. The outstanding balance is payable on the day of your party before you depart.

​

Once booked, a bit nearer to your party date, we'll get in touch to confirm your guest list so we can check these off on arrival.
